Cyber Zen Apartment

Zen Cyberpunk Residence · OKO Tower, Moscow

A multimedia apartment where the technology is invisible by day and unfolds at night. Five experiences — holographic windows, an infinity mirror, an NFT bath, a breathing ambient layer, and a clan-symbol invisible interface — composed as a single instrument.

  1. Brief

A private OKO Tower apartment that should feel calmly Japanese by day and reveal as a digital sanctuary by night — with no visible technology.

  2. Approach

Conceal every projector, screen and sensor inside the architecture; compose five distinct night scenes the resident steps into in sequence.

  3. Outcome

Holographic windows, infinity mirror, NFT bath glass, breathing ambient layer, clan-symbol invisible interface — five experiences as one instrument.

  4. Challenges

Custom infinity mirror, sculptural Buddha sets, dual-mode lighting; TouchDesigner backend bridging the resident's web UI to every system.

  5. Result

Studio's first private residence. Now Nuanu's investor showroom; every villa we now compose owes a phrase to it.

A figure in warrior pose silhouetted against a panoramic window painted with a vivid pink-and-blue cosmic projection over the night city.

An apartment that disappears by day and reveals at night. By morning, a calm Japanese-inflected interior. By dusk, a digital sanctuary in motion — and never, at any hour, a room that announces its technology.

I · Concept

A cutting-edge multimedia residence where every system is concealed inside the architecture and revealed only at night. The space also serves a second life as a private showroom for Nuanu's future vision — immersing guests and investors in a new kind of digital living environment, before they ever see Bali.

II · Five experiences

The apartment is composed not as rooms with effects, but as a sequence of five experiences. Each teaches the resident a different posture toward the digital — wonder, stillness, play, presence, and a private language of control.

III · The invisible interface

Controlling the residence feels less like a dashboard and more like a private language. The web interface borrows from Japanese clan symbology — beauty and utility in the same gesture, with hidden surprises that reward repetition.

You're not using an interface. You're addressing a visual companion that respects both tradition and technology.

This is not just an apartment. It is a living digital sanctuary where silence and code coexist.

A resident gestures at the panoramic glass; pink and purple projection responds across the night cityscape.

IV · Why it matters to the studio

Cyber Zen is the seed of the discipline that became Villa Ailla. The principles tested here — concealed technology, scene composition, ambient AI as a quiet observer — recur in every residence the studio composes today.

Every villa we now compose owes a phrase to this apartment.
