How we work.
Every project moves through one continuous vision phase. Eleven stages, each closing with deliverables that the next stage rests on. Clear Vision Agency holds the role of vision partner the whole way through.
Stage 01 · 1 weekListening
A first call or meeting. We listen to the concept, brainstorm with the team in the room, and find what already resonates with the client. The conversation itself is the first creative collaboration.
Stage 02 · 1–2 weeks · no feeSighting
We return with a vision deck — what the place could feel like, what it could do, where the multimedia and architecture meet. Real work, not rhetoric. Both sides decide on substance whether to keep going.
Stage 03 · 4–6 weeksVisioning
Paid concept package. Multiple creative directions, technology choices, layout, content scenarios, indicative budgets, 3D visualisations. A deck a developer can use to raise investment.
Stage 04 · 6–8 weeksEngineering
Technical and architectural framework — what makes the vision realisable.
- Equipment specifications and cable runs
- Server room placement, power and network
- Cross-system logic between light, sound, content, sensors
- Multimedia composed within the architecture
Stage 05 · 2–4 weeks · parallelCrafting interfaces
Control becomes a separate experience. The way you turn on the room, change the mood, switch the content — we design that interface like we design the room itself. Beautiful in the hand as well as on the wall.
Stage 06 · 1 weekSealing
Full documentation sign-off — concept, multimedia plan, engineering framework, content brief, budget. After sign-off, changes only via contract addenda. The client gets a stable project to commit behind.
Stage 07 · 8–16 weeksComposing
Content production. Audio, video, animation, generative visuals, reactive scenes, AI-driven elements. Intermediate review cycles and final master files. The story the place will tell every night.
Stage 08 · parallelSourcing
Supplier agreements with our European-grade partners — Samsung, Funktion-One, Panasonic, K-Array. Warranty terms, delivery schedules, contractor selection.
Stage 09 · 12–20 weeksOrchestrating
On-site direction. Setup, synchronisation, system testing — coordinated against the engineering brief. Device calibration, content composition, continuous supervision with stylised weekly updates to the client. The process is part of the product.
Stage 10 · 2–4 weeksOpening
Final checks and acceptance. Documentation, staff training, beta-launch support. Soft opening, handover. The project starts living its own life.
Stage 11 · optional · ongoingTending
Performance monitoring, content updates, seasonal scenarios. Recommendations for the next phase. The work continues to evolve after launch.
Vision partner across every stage.
Concept development with the architectural team, supplier briefs and procurement, schedule and budget control, on-site supervision, testing, staff training, ongoing operation. The investor speaks with one voice on the multimedia side of the project.
Stage timelines depend on timely architectural and engineering input from the client. Delays from the architectural side may shift the calendar — every other stage holds its rhythm.
