We named her Ailla so that her name shares the gaze of Mona Lisa — a residence that watches and recognises the lives moving through her rooms.
Inside, AI is not a tool. It is a fellow visionary. It learns the rhythm of the house, the moods of the day, the scenes that recur. The architecture, the light, the sound, the climate respond — not to commands, but to attention.

III · Mindfulness Hub
Within Villa Ailla, a dedicated Mindfulness Hub draws on the natural rhythms of the body — built around spatial sound and responsive visual content. Breathwork and relaxation practices in the morning. Energy rituals at sunrise. Immersive soundscapes for massage and recovery in the afternoon. Guests recharge and reconnect at any hour they choose.



Villa Ailla is the studio's first villa. She will not be the last.
